We have engaged with our team members communicating and training new health and hygiene procedures and safe working practices.
Each member of the team will receive appropriate and sufficient PPE prior to each working day.
All external contractors and delivery personnel are aware of and have agreed to abide by both our company hygiene and Covid-19 security policies.
The team will follow a policy of no physical contact and maintain physical distancing where possible.
Our team members are required to stay home if unwell and practice good personal hygiene including regular hand washing and the use of hand sanitiser.
We have tried to make your guest journey as contactless as possible including online check-in and express check-out, online hotel directory website to assist with communication to you as our guests, contactless payment methods where possible and contactless communication methods with our team.
We request that if you are unwell prior to check-in or displaying any Covid-19 symptoms that you postpone your stay at the hotel and follow UK Government guidelines.
We request for our guests to respect the social distancing measures that have been put in place.
In conjunction with Government advice, we request that all guests wear a face covering when walking through the public areas and corridors of the hotel; we thank you for your cooperation with this.
Bedrooms will have been left unoccupied for at least 24 hours after the previous guest departure to provide extra care in cleaning and sanitising your bedroom. Housekeeping will be available on request only and we will not service your room during your stay. Should you choose to have your room serviced we will request for you to leave the room whilst this takes place.
Cushions, throws, note pads, pens and other decorative elements have been removed from our guest rooms to minimise any contamination risk. Your bedrooms will have individual amenity bottles, please feel free to take any away that are partly used as they will be disposed of when you depart.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions in place, some of our services and facilities are unfortunately limited or not available.
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of our Covid-19 policies, practices and procedures. You can contact the General Manager or Duty Manager at any time prior to, during or after your stay, should you have concerns relating to this or any other matter.
Social distancing measures will be in place in all public areas.
Signage will be displayed in all public areas to reinforce the social distancing message.
Protective screens have been installed on our Reception desk.
An enhanced cleaning programme is in place throughout with an increased cleaning frequency, especially regarding the sanitising of high touch areas.
Hand Sanitising stations will be provided throughout public areas and on all accommodation floors.
We have removed non-essential items to minimise any contamination risk.
We recommend the use of stairs where possible throughout the hotel. If a lift is used, the maximum occupancy is two people; the wearing of a face mask or covering is required.
The wearing of a face mask or covering is recommended in all areas of the hotel; the exceptions being when dining or drinking in the bar or restaurant.
We have established specific monitoring and verification controls within our team for all aspects of cleaning and social distancing protocols.
The highest food safety standards will continue to be maintained.
Room Service will be provided at no extra cost and service delivery is restricted to your bedroom door.
Contactless payments will be in place throughout the hotel.
Table service will be delivered at all times.
Inside our restaurant, we will only be accommodating a maximum of two households/social bubble or the rule of six per table. If you are from more than two households, you will have to sit on separate tables to meet with UK Government guidelines.
For non-residential/walk-in bookings, all persons over the age of 16 will be required to scan the NHS App QR Code or to give your contact details on arrival at the restaurant and bar.
We have reduced the number of tables in the dining rooms and expanded our outdoor spaces and food offerings.
We will limit table linens and have established strict table/chair sanitisation procedures between guest seating periods.
We have suspended all buffets. Breakfast will be available to order from a menu and served to your table.
There will be more 'to go' options in our food and beverage outlets.
