Check In & Out

Check In

Check in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

To assist with minimising guest contact we have amended our registration procedure and request that pre-check in is performed prior to arrival; we have created an online registration form for completion which can be completed up to 2 days prior to arrival. Where we have all guest details we will have emailed you a link for you to complete the pre-check in process; alternatively, there will be a QR code to scan upon arrival at the hotel providing access to online registration, or, please follow the attached link to complete.

We will where guests do not have access to the online procedure complete a manual check in upon request.

A pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival at the hotel to cover the cost of accommodation and additional food and beverage purchases that may occur during your stay.

The credit card machine will be positioned for guest access, where the guest card is handled then this will be sanitised before it is returned to you. We will also be sanitising the Chip and Pin device after each guest contact.

Key cards will be sanitised prior to arrival and will be presented to you in a sealed envelope.

Check Out

Check out is no later than 11am on your date of departure,

We have implemented Express Check Out for all guests unless requested by you otherwise.

Your room bill will be emailed to you to confirm it is correct prior to you checking out to the email address provided during check in.

We request that any queries are communicated to us prior to departure.

Upon departure please post your keys in the key box at Reception; once completed a final invoice will be emailed to you. Guests can receive a paper copy upon request from Reception.

Disabled Guests

Best Western Plus Pinewood on Wilmslow welcomes disabled guests and many of our accessible rooms have spacious bedrooms and bathrooms; with lift access to all bedrooms.

For your own safety please make Reception aware at check in if you will require any additional support in the event of a fire or other emergency.

Guest Room Servicing

To advise for stay over guests we will not be servicing bedrooms unless requested.

We will be checking guest rooms to ensure that you have the full range of guest amenities that we offer; and we can offer a tidy service or full clean service upon request.

We do request for the guest to leave the room during any stay over service or checks if possible to limit contact.

If you do require additional items including towels, toiletries or tea/coffee please contact Reception; these can be collected from Reception or will be left outside of your bedroom door.
