Alarm clock

You can use the TV in your room as an alarm clock. Press the “Alarm“ button on the remote control. Afterwards, choose “Alarm aktivieren“ (“turn on alarm“). Now you can enter the desired wake-up time. Press the “Alarm“ button again to confirm. If required, we will gladly wake you personally via phone. Please let us know your desired waking time beforehand.


Arrival / Departure

Our rooms are at your full disposal from 03:00 p.m. on your day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on your day of departure. In order to do the Express Check-Out, either a credit card or an assumption of costs must be given to the reception staff before departure.


ATM

An ATM is available in lobby area. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact our receptionists.


Case of emergency

Please familiarise yourself with the location of the stairs, the emergency exits, the fire alarms, the fire extinguishers and the guest assembly point for emergencies. In the event of a fire, you will be alerted by the fire alarms. Evacuation takes place by the shortest and safest route according to the escape route markings (please note the evacuation map at your door). Please proceed to the guest assembly point in front of the main entrance and keep the escape routes clear. If you detect a fire, close the door. Alert reception to the fire immediately! Should your escape route be blocked by smoke, close the door and remain in the room. Attract people‘s attention from the window and wait for the fire brigade to arrive. Under no circumstances use the elevators!

Please dial "0-" before the desired number if you are calling from the telephone in your room. If you need to see a doctor, please ask our reception staff for the nearest doctor's office.


Housekeeping

From now on, if you are staying for several days, you can order room cleaning for the following day individually at the reception - free of charge, of course. If we do not receive a corresponding message by midnight, there will be no cleaning and together we will save detergents, water, energy and other resources. If you just want to change your towels, you will receive them at reception 24 hours a day.


Internet

WiFi is inclusive in all public areas of the hotel and in the guest rooms. Please choose the network “mycloud” for WiFi connection and open a web browser afterwards. You will be automatically redirected to the log in page and will be requested to accept the terms and conditions.


Meetings and events

Rooms and equipment for up to 120 people are available for business and private events. For more information please contact our receptionist or visit our website.


Miscellaneous services

On request, we can provide you with an additional pillow, an additional blanket, bathrobes, slippers, sewing kit, umbrellas, photocopying and scanning (for a charge), IT service (if you have any questions or problems with your internet access), secured luggage service, battery charger (for mobile phones etc.), international travel plugs and a shoe polish kit. Just contact our service team at reception, a deposit mitght be necessary. An ironing room is available, we also offer a laundry service (laundry bags and price list are available at reception).


Mobility

Would you like to move comfortably and emission-free in Hanover? It's easy - just download the MOIA app and take advantage of: the display of pick-up and travel times, the duration of walk, the vehicle number three minutes before departure, and a list of virtual stops. The local MOIA electric shuttles are not only emission-free, but also offer comforts such as air conditioning, child seats and luggage storage, six seats with privacy and plenty of legroom, as well as free Wi-Fi and USB ports. More information can be found here, alternatively we will be happy to advise you at reception. Depending on availability, we are also pleased to provide you with codes for a 10% discount.


Parking

The hotel provides free parking depending on availability. On our parking lot you can also find public charging stations for charging your electric vehicle (without cable). For use, a QR code must be scanned and corresponding data has to be stored. A roaming contract can also be used (the conditions of the respective provider apply).


Payment options

We accept cash (Euro), American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Maestro/EC-Karte, VISA, AirPlus and Union Pay.


Pets

Dogs are welcome at an extra charge. Please keep them on a leash at all times and outside the restaurant. If you are accompanied by an assistance animal (e. g. a guide dog), there is no extra charge.


Reception

The reception is available 24 hours a day. From your room telephone you can call the reception by dialling "-100" or by pressing the respective button.


Safe

In some rooms a safe can be found in the wardrobe, alternatively a deposit box can be provided at reception. If you have any questions, please contact our reception staff.


Sauna

Our in-house sauna is open daily from 5:00 p. m. to 10:00 p. m., towels are placed on site. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our reception staff.


Smoking

The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas, etc. is not permitted throughout the hotel, except in our smoker rooms (seperate building). Any offences will result in you being charged for any costs (special cleaning and fire brigade operation, if necessary) incurred. Please note at the same time that any tampering with the security equipment, such as smoke alarms, is not permitted and must be considered as an interference with the security technology. For this purpose, the resulting maintenance and repair costs will be charged to you. In addition, the use of cannabis on our restaurant/bar terrace (beer garden) is not allowed as it is located in the immediate vicinity of a kindergarten (consumption is prohibited by law).
