In the event of specialist cleaning being required, a minimum charge of £100 will be applied. If this does not cover the full cost of cleaning, the addition cost of replacement will be charged to the customer, this includes replacement mattresses, bed bases or carpets.
These can be borrowed for the duration of your stay from the Hotel at no extra cost. Dressing gowns that are removed from site will be charged at £35.00 per robe. Please contact Reception should you wish to borrow any bathrobes, and leave in your room upon departure.
Should you require Dry Cleaning, please contact the Hotel Reception who will liaise with our Service Provider to find out the current available service, and turnaround time for your Laundry. This is an external service and so services may be limited.
A permanently live socket is located by the dressing unit. In Executive / Superior Rooms only the socket marked 'this socket permanently live' remains on when the key card is taken out of the energy saver switch that you have placed your door key in.
These are located inside the wardrobe in your room.
In case of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) being required, please contact reception by dialing our in-house emergency number 5555. Emergency services can be contacted by dialing 9 for an outside line followed by ‘999’ or ‘0’ for reception who will contact for you.

Residents are able to play Golf subject to availability & at an extra cost. For your convenience, a network point is located above the vanity unit in our superior and executive rooms. This will enable you to connect to our Hotel Broadband service for unlimited, free access to the internet. Alternatively, wireless network points are distributed throughout the hotel in order for you to connect wirelessly providing that your computer has this capability. To connect to this service, open Internet Explorer on your computer, click on the Free Connection link and follow the on screen instructions. If you have any difficulty in connecting to the high speed service or require an Ethernet cable, please contact the hotel reception. Technical assistance with connection problems is available from Hotel Broadband during normal office hours; please contact hotel reception by dialing ‘0’ for Hotel Broadband helpline information.
If you wish to use the telephone line or telephone data port for a modem connection, please adjust your computer’s dial-up settings to dial ‘9;’ followed by your Internet service provider’s number. If any difficulty is found in locating a suitable telephone line socket for this purpose in your bedroom or you require a modem cable or adaptor, please contact the Hotel Reception.

Opening Times
Additional linen and other items such as soap and coat hangers are available at no extra cost by contacting Reception. This includes extra hollow fibre pillows, feather pillows, sheets, blankets, towels & face-cloths.
Notepads & Pens are available also.
Assistance with luggage is available between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Luggage storage can be arranged with the hotel reception, please ask for assistance

The nearest shop selling Daily Newspapers can be found in the Village of Ullesthorpe at the Post Office on Main Street.
Unless Company Credit Facilities have been agreed prior to your stay, all goods and services must be paid for in full prior to departure.
Payment is accepted by Cash (sterling – however we are trying to limit cash handling and would ask that where possible an alternative pay method is used), Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
A selection of phone chargers and international adapters are available to borrow from the Hotel Reception.
The Hotel can Frank Mail at the current postage rates from the Hotel Reception and any items left for posting by 3pm will be posted the same day (Monday to Friday).

The Hotel Reception is manned 24 hours, although we do ask that guests leaving before 7am arrange to settle their account before 10pm the previous evening.
Photocopy, Printing and Fax Services (incoming and outgoing) are available between 7am until 10pm, and are priced from 10p upwards, please ask at the reception desk for further assistance.
Refreshment Facilities are available in your Room, should you require extra Tea/Coffee provided free of charge, please contact Reception who will arrange for Housekeeping to replenish, or are available from Reception 24 hours a day.
Limited Snacks and Refreshments are available to purchase from the Vending Machine which is located at the bottom of the main bedroom staircase. The machine contains crisps, chocolate & soft drinks and is coin operated.

Sky Television - Please note that this is ONLY available in our Suites, it is the default start-up channel, standard digital Freeview channels can be selected as normal with the TV remote, Sky can be accessed any time by selecting channel 99 with the TV remote.
International TV Viewing - Should you wish to watch International TV Channels, HDMI cables are available from the Reception Desk, allowing you to connect your smart device to our TV system.
Emergency toiletries comprising of Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Combs, Razors, Face Cloths, Shaving cream, Sewing Kits and Sanitary products are available free of charge 24 hours per day from Reception, Notepads & Pens are available also.
A further range of toiletries are available for sale.
You can set your phone to give you a wake-up call by dialling ‘3’ followed by the time in 24hr format at which you wish to be woken. Example: To be woken at 7.30am, lift the handset, dial ‘30730’, wait for the tone & replace the handset.
